   ### Motivation
   
   The documentation for Topic Compaction contains custom anchors that are not 
hidden. The idea of this change is to remove the custom anchors to make the 
docs look better.

   ### Modifications
   
   Use the automatically generated anchors instead of the custom ones which 
were not properly displayed.
