@merlimat I found the current semantic of cumulative ack on a partitioned topic was from [#2347](https://github.com/apache/pulsar/pull/2347). The reason of this change is > Yeah, earlier I was thinking about ordering but MultiConsumer anyway doesn't maintain ordering among the consumers and we can also do cumulative ack for individual consumer. let me fix it.
