   in broker.conf, there should be a config：
   ```
   # Enable the deletion of inactive topics
   brokerDeleteInactiveTopicsEnabled=true
   
   # How often to check for inactive topics
   brokerDeleteInactiveTopicsFrequencySeconds=60
   
   ```
