Talked to @cdbartholomew today and he mentioned that he might be having what appears to be the same issue, but in Azure. Read performance is nowhere close to the disk capability. @sijie If there is anything else you need me to pull from the cluster just let me know and I'll grab the info or retry with whatever configuration you can suggest.
