   Could you please help answer the following questions?
   
   1. I see the `grant-subscription-permission` command of `namespaces` has 
been already shown on [Pulsar Admin 
doc](http://pulsar.apache.org/tools/pulsar-admin/2.6.0-SNAPSHOT/#-em-grant-subscription-permission-em-).

   Is that enough for your code change? Or it (they) should be added for 
`tenant` as well?
