**Describe the bug**
There is memory leak in CreateReader in C++ client
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Create a simple reader connection in C++
2. compile the code and execute valgrind on the executable
**Expected behavior**
There should be no memory leak
