Shall we add a note in Pulsar doc and ask users to follow Kubernetes’ naming convention to define their pulsar resource name? Or would it be a valid solution to submit a patch to the KubernetesRuntime that would translate the pulsar names to characters that are compatible with [RFC1123](https://kubernetes.io/docs/concepts/overview/working-with-objects/names/#names)?
