### Motivation
After supporting end-to-end encryption for nodejs, consider supporting
end-to-end encryption for python clients.
### Modifications
* Add static method `create` for `DefaultCryptoKeyReader`
* Add `ConsumerConfiguration_setCryptoKeyReader` and
`ProducerConfiguration_setCryptoKeyReader`
* Add class `CryptoKeyReader `
* Add python integration test
