There are really two issues here, but one overall solution.
This effects the c client build images
Issue 1) The logging-log4cxx that we are building is the master not a tagged
version.
Issue 2) Logging-log4cxx has moved from autotools to cmake on the master
branch only.
Solution:
Part 1) Check out a tag, then build.
Part 1a) What version do we want?
The latest tag: v0.11.0 still uses autotools so I'm going to start
versioning at that point if there is no objection.
