   Hello, I just test the REST API for Get Message By id via 
[https://pulsar.apache.org/docs/en/admin-api-topics/#get-message-by-id](url) 
however, I got two many same output content, while I expected only one message 
output like pulsar-admin command line, please see the REST API output and 
COMMAND LINE output
