   **Describe the bug**
   For screens with a width below 1024px, the nav bar on the pulsar website has 
a dark green background.
   
   **To Reproduce**
   Steps to reproduce the behavior:
   1. Go to https://pulsar.apache.org/ on a screen with a width below 1024px
   2. See error
   
   **Expected behavior**
   The background should be white or perhaps light grey.
