Fixes #11278
### Motivation
This pull request expose more attributes of message to Admin CLI which is
more covennient for users to get theset informations by using `peekMessage` or
`getMessageById` instread of consuming the message and parsing the metadata.
### Modifications
1. expose `eventTime` , `deliverAtTime` and `brokerEntryMetadata`
2. add test code
### Verifying this change
This change added tests and can be verified as follows:
- test code are adeed in `BrokerEntryMetadataE2ETest.testPeekMessage` ,
`BrokerEntryMetadataE2ETest.testGetMessageById` and
`BrokerEntryMetadataE2ETest.testExamineMessage`
