My team and I created a public Node.js client that does not depend on the C++ client, we would love to share it with all of the Apache Pulsar users. ### Motivation The library was written in native Node.js to be independent of the C++ client and by that to ease deployment & development. ### Modifications Added docs . ### Documentation For this PR, do we need to update docs?
