@hrsakai exposed an API from ManagedCursor that can calculate un-acked messages between MarkDeletePosition and a given position, which will allow us to calculate message that'll be acked by a cumulative acked request thus adjust pendingMessage number. then there's no need to sync producer as we just need to make sure MarkDeletePosition doesn't change during cumulative ack.
