Could you explain why it cannot run on Windows? I see the core change is
changing
```java
"file://" + tokenFile
```
to
```java
"file:///" + tokenFile.toString().replace('\\', '/')
```
Could you give an example for what `File.createTempFile` could return on
Windows?
