Review comment:
Running the `kafka-consumer-groups` command returns the follow as some
of its options:
```
--to-earliest Reset offsets to earliest offset.
--to-latest Reset offsets to latest offset.
```
It seems like both `--offset` and `--latest`/`--earliest` could be useful.
