Documentation falsely states that metadata needs to be initialized from a machine in the "ZooKeeper cluster" . Its precise language is: "run on any machine in your ZooKeeper cluster". This is untrue, as I am able to initialize metadata from machines in the Broker cluster (and I suspect the bookie cluster, as well). # What is your suggestion? Change "ZooKeeper" to "Pulsar" so it's clear that metadata can be initialized from a ZooKeeper, Broker, or Bookie machine. # Do you have any references? https://pulsar.apache.org/docs/en/deploy-bare-metal/#initialize-cluster-metadata (second paragraph) # Would you like to fix this issue?
