It is works:
```shell
$ docker run -it \
-p 6650:6650 \
-p 8080:8080 \
--mount source=pulsardata,target=/pulsar/data \
--mount source=pulsarconf,target=/pulsar/conf \
apachepulsar/pulsar:2.8.1 \
bin/pulsar standalone
```
You can set `-p 8087:8080`, which means you can access 8080 port of
container by 8087 port local.
