In Shared or Key_Shared mode, unacknowledged message will redeliver to others consumer when the connected consumer closed(because all messages will add to `pendingAcks` before send to client). And it seems that `negativeAcknowledge` only the current client can be affected. Negative message is added to a `negativeAcksTracker`, cached messages can not transfer to other consumers.
