**Describe the bug** I am unable to install pulsar-client (https://pypi.org/project/pulsar-client/) to alpine Docker container. **To Reproduce** Steps to reproduce the behavior: 1. Use python:3.8-alpine3.14 2. Try to install pulsar-client (`pip install -v pulsar-client`) 3. Try specific version 2.8.0, 2.8.1 4.
