### Motivation
When we install `clang-format` in Apple Silicon's macOS with brew, the
install path is `/opt/homebrew/bin` not `/usr/local/bin`.
### Modifications
Add `/opt/homebrew/bin` to `CLANG_SEARCH_PATHS`
