### Motivation
The owasp dependency check fails because the suppressions we have in the
master branch are missing
### Modifications
* Aligned the plugin version to the master branch one (6.1.5 -> 6.1.6)
* Added the suppressions (copied from the master branch)
Now the owasp check passes
