Just put an update here, as discussed with @eolivelli, this is an important fix for the Pulsar client, without this fix, users will be confused with many ERROR logs ``` Semaphore permit release count request greater then availablePermits ``` The issue introduced by `https://github.com/apache/pulsar/pull/12410` and don't have any release yet, so we should cherry-pick the PR and make sure the next available release contains this PR.
