### Motivation
Optimize the ConsistentHashingStickyKeyConsumerSelector#addConsumer method:
1. When the hashRing is successfully added, exit the for loop;
2. Before adding hashRing, judge whether the consumer already exists in the
hashRing, if so, exit the for loop;
