### Motivation
Allow to configure the metadata store endpoint in proxy.conf.
### Modifications
Deprecated few config options:
zookeeperServers --> metadataStoreUrl
configurationStoreServers --> configurationMetadataStoreUrl
Moved all deprecated settings at the end of broker.conf.
### Documentation
