### Motivation
`producerFuture.completeExceptionally` is not called before
`sendErrorResponse` when encryption check or schema check failed in
`ServerCnx.handleProduce`.
### Modifications
Add `producerFuture.completeExceptionally` before `sendErrorResponse`
