I think it will not be necessary because it does the similar thing at
line#209 by calling `resumeReceivingFromPausedConsumersIfNeeded()`. So, if
queue is empty then `resumeReceivingFromPausedConsumersIfNeeded()` try to
receive message from next consumer which has message available in the queue.
