sijie opened a new pull request #1566: Provide unshaded pulsar-kafka-client URL: https://github.com/apache/incubator-pulsar/pull/1566 Similar as the original pulsar-client. It is good to provide unshaded pulsar-kafka-client, so when migrating from kafka to pulsar, there would be a change that original kafka client will be colocated with the pulsar-kafka-client. Providing an unshaded pulsar-kafka-client will address this concern.
