Log:
Removing the examples under this folder as they are not written against a
proper API.
As of now we only support the JMS API. Therefore we shouldn't carry any other
examples as it can create confusion.
Removed:
qpid/trunk/qpid/java/client/example/src/main/java/org/apache/qpid/example/amqpexample/
