    RANGER-5718: Add gson to PDP server lib classpath (#1122)
    
    Package gson in the ranger-pdp tarball and declare it as a PDP dependency
    so AbstractRangerAdminClient can initialize GsonBuilder without
    NoClassDefFoundError on plugin startup.
