ACTIVITY - The last 3 months have been extremely quiet in terms of list and development activity. + The list activity saw an increase in traffic and the community has laid out a path forward. Little progress has been made against it, but at this point, it would be prudent to see the year through and if there is no significant traction, re-evaluate the project's status. }}}
