Updated components/landing/Header.tsx to apply a mobile-specific layout:
- Detected small screens (max-width: 640px) via matchMedia
- Header wrapping on mobile so nav bar can move to a second row
- Switched nav from position: absolute to position: static on mobile so it
flows normally
- Few spacing adjustments to improve fit
