Restore all four cases against the new arity and add the equality assertion the operator filter needs — a LIKE would also match every "ops-zhang2" row and leak one operator's trail into another's filter. Also repair the findPage and applyFilters indentation the edit broke, and document the operator parameter plus the operators filter option in api-spec.md.
