Head commit for run: e12185d4f11828a1a5e59f6725e660c89e4e56e0 / xdz999 <[email protected]> fix(a11y): announce every antd toast through a live region rc-notification ships no ARIA semantics, so every message and notification toast in the console - exports, saves, deletes, retries, background failures - was silent to screen readers. Mount both toast portals (the static singletons via message/notification.config, and the App.useApp() instances via the App component's config props) into body-level containers carrying role=status and aria-live=polite, so the text of each notice is announced as it appears and its expiry is not. The regions are created once, before any toast can fire, because a live region that appears in the same update as its content is not reliably announced.
