Head commit for run: 9ee7220529c5dc7dcdeface7c1e0b1f511f3fc87 / Apulupie <[email protected]> fix(group): keep the offline reset preview free of the -1 sentinel The offline preview reports the broker-side target for a group that is not connected, but it leaked the internal -1 "cannot be determined" sentinel into both user-facing surfaces, and spliced the delta-based online message into a sentence that has no delta to state: - the queue message read "the reset moves the offset to Offset unchanged", which the Chinese hint column echoed verbatim; - the rmq.group.reset_offset plan read "projected lag changes from -1 to 500". State the unknown values the way the rest of the console already does: the server message names the target offset and the retained-range extent, the plan prose says "unavailable" like GroupDetailToolHandler, and the hint column renders its own localized text instead of the server string. The aggregate net delta is suppressed for the same reason, matching the per-queue column that already renders those rows as '-'. Also mirror resetOffsetByTimestampOld, the fallback resetOffsetNew takes on CONSUMER_NOT_ONLINE, more closely: PermName.isReadable instead of a bare perm bit, and resolveLag for the projected lag.
