A start rejected before the client was started yields ClientIsNotRunning from the cleanup, which is tolerated; any other cleanup failure is logged. - Client::shutdown_ref no longer stops at a failed termination notice: it logs it and still releases the scheduler and the sessions, like ClientImpl#shutDown. - The push consumer reports its real client type (LITE_PUSH_CONSUMER for a lite consumer) when the settings do not match. - The lite consumers log a failed cleanup after a failed start instead of discarding it.
