   **Describe the bug**
   rocketmq_consumer_tps and rocketmq_producer_tps error。
   
   **To Reproduce**
   Steps to reproduce the behavior:
   1、Send a message in one second
   2、rocketmq_broker_tps show 0.9xx but rocketmq_consumer_tps and 
rocketmq_producer_tps show 56
   
   **Expected behavior**
