   1. the method **tryQueryAssignment** and the method 
**getRebalanceResultFromBroker** both request to the broker to execute the 
queryAssignment method
   
   
   Why not pass the result returned by the method tryQueryAssignment to the 
method getRebalanceResultFromBroker, which can reduce a network request
