   1. Please describe the issue you observed:
   
   - What did you do (The steps to reproduce)?
   1. deploy rocketmq broker in cloud ecs
   2. forcibly restart ecs

   - What is expected to see?
   no file is lost 
   
   - What did you see instead?
   4. some of the config files in store/ directory file size turn to 0, but the 
*.bak files are fine.
