The bug is due to the flaw of UtilAll#split func which didn't handle the blank string case properly. So I've fixed it. ### How Did You Test This Change? <!-- In order to ensure the code quality of Apache RocketMQ, we expect every pull request to have undergone thorough testing. --> This change have been tested by unit test and the bug have been tested on local. I've also searched the usages of the changed method globally.
