[I] broker设置podIp环境变量没有生效 [rocketmq-operator]

   rockermq 版本 4.9.4
   k8s 版本  v1.23.17
   
   代码里有设置hostIp的环境变量，如下图

   但是broker的xml却没有这个环境变量，如下如
