The consumption of the retry topic is completely random, with an average probability of only 1/5 being pulled. ### Describe the Solution You'd Like The POP consumption probability for the Retry Topic should be configurable ### Describe Alternatives You've Considered The random number is no longer modulo 5. Instead, a random number within 100 is taken. If it is less than the specified number, the retry topic is popped.
