   ### Describe the Bug
   
   when consumerGroup is updated and redeploy, an extra + appears in the 
results.  The result is that all previously written attributes become invalid, 
So I must update the attribute again.

   ### Steps to Reproduce
   
   1. start broker
   2. update consumerGroup with attribute A
   3. redeploy
   4. the attribute A not valid
   5. when you update consumerGroup with attribute A. In the broker log, it has 
two attribute: one is A, one is +A .

   The update works well
   
   ### What Did You See Instead?
   
   Work well
