## ✅ Fix Merged PR #10406 has been merged by @RongtongJin (commit: a7e8750b597). **Summary of the fix**: Added guard conditions in `ClientManageProcessor.java` (heartbeat path) and `AbstractSendMessageProcessor.java` (msgCheck fallback) to prevent `%RETRY%` topic creation on brokers that don't host any of the consumer group's subscribed topics.
