Resolved on rocketmq-studio trunk: the shared API client now whitelists both
business codes (SUCCESS_BUSINESS_CODES = {0, 200}) and passes non-envelope
responses through (web/src/api/client.ts). Verified on current trunk (bbf1b7e).
