## What is the purpose of the change
Managed instance lifecycle changes were not present in Studio operation
audit records.
Closes #1304
## Brief changelog
- Audit successful managed instance create, update, and delete operations.
- Record only the instance ID, name, vendor, and access type.
- Do not include endpoints, credential IDs, or cloud instance IDs.
## Verifying this change
