## What is the purpose of the change
K8s certificate inventory writes were missing from Studio operation audit
records.
Closes #1308
## Brief changelog
- Audit successful certificate create, update, renew, and delete operations.
- Record only certificate ID, name, namespace, and cluster.
- Do not change certificate-provider behavior.
## Verifying this change
