## Problem K8s certificate create, update, renew, and delete operations modify Studio control-plane certificate inventory but are absent from operation audit logs. ## Expected behavior Record successful certificate mutations through `OperationAuditService` using only certificate ID, name, namespace, cluster, and operation type. ## Scope - Cover create, update, renew, and delete success paths. - Do not change certificate-provider behavior. - Add focused service tests for audit records. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
