## What is the purpose of the change Fixes #1433 The message query did not validate that `startTime < endTime`, silently returning zero results for inverted time ranges. ## Brief changelog - **`RocketMQMessageProvider.java`**: Added `begin >= end` check in `queryMessages()`, throwing `BusinessException(400)` with a clear message. ## Verifying this change 1. Set start time after end time in the message query. 2. Before fix: zero results, no error. 3.
