## Problem Dashboard metrics can be scoped to a selected instance, but both Cluster Health navigation paths currently navigate to `/cluster` without that context. The Cluster page then selects the first Apache instance, so runtime operations can target a different endpoint from the one shown on the dashboard. ## Scope - preserve the selected Dashboard instance in the Cluster navigation URL - have the Cluster page use that instance when it is an available Apache instance - retain the existing first-instance fallback for missing or invalid parameters - add route-level regression coverage ## Track Track 1 - control plane multi-instance management. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
